Who Can Join?

"Once a member always a member." The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond: employees of the United States Postal Service who work in New Castle County, employees of the Credit Union; persons retired by the Federal Government as annuitants from the postal service; members of their immediate family; and organizations of such persons.Membership application forms are available through branch representatives at postal stations or contact the credit union office. A minimum of $6.00 ($1.00 entrance fee and $5.00 to your share account) must be deposited with your application.
